    Ba$tards called earlier today (which I also reported) from 202-407-7720.  Now they've changed the "20" to a "30" and are calling again.  Blocked (along with "40", "50", ...)  Caller ID showed "SOS Children" this time.

    Called three different times by noon, finally answered their call. Lady told me she was with the treasury department and they wanted to give me $6700 in untaxable funds for whatever use I wanted. Then asked me if I wanted the money. I said no I am good. Government is not going to call you to give you free money. I don't have time for those games today.
