Got an automated call stating that my SSN was being used fraudulently and "they" were starting legal proceedings against me. Whatever!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! By the way, I also received the EXACT same message from another number, same voice same "threat"....that number is 866/323/8352 that is already listed here on 800 notes as the same SCAM.

Same, why can't the government arrest these guys.

I got the same call and I called the number back.  A lady answered and I told her I'd received an automated call.  She asked for my name and I said, "Suckmy Dick" and she said, "and your last name is [***]?"
Everyone should call these people repeatedly and waste their time.  It's disgusting that they spend their days preying on people.  I would like to call them and ask them why they are doing this and have they no concerns about ripping people off, but they just hang up.
