Claim to be irs

This number called and a recorded message told me it was the IRS calling about my tax form 1040 and need to call back ASAP as it was a time sensitive matter......I called back and the person that answered didnt sound like an American and was totally full of it when told him he was a SCAMMER and was busted. He then called me everything but what I realy am.

A british accent telling me they had questions about 1040 saying it was time sensative and that they mailed me statement and i never returned anything. Which doesnt make sense because ive lived at the same address for 18 years and the only fees i had to pay were taken care of in february

Said he was the irs and he was gone to freeze my bank account and have ne arrested
