Got a call with this number saying a suit in my name and I should call.  These calls are so obvious Hoax.  I hope they get them.

I got a call saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me

I've been called twice and told the IRS is suing me and I need to call this number back.  Apparently they've changed their tactics.

IRS scammers! harass themcall them and tell them you're looking for a job

202-436-9885 called me and a recording played when I answered telling me the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me, and there may be a warrant out for my arrest, and to call the same number to find out. I was woke up from a sound sleep. I called the number, and a male with a heavy Asian accent, could barely speak english, told me I haven't paid my taxes correctly for the last two years-all I gave him was my name before I woke up enough to realize it was a scam. After I  yelled several profanities into the phone he told me I would be arrested for talking to the IRS like that.  I gave him a few more F U's then hung up. I have only had this number for a month, and it's a prepaid phone, and he did not have my real info. Weird thing though, I did have a dispute with the IRS this past year, so at first I kinda believed it, until I woke all the way up. The IRS will not call you like that.

Same deal, 202-436-9885 called to say that my taxes from 09-15 were due and my home, car, accounts would be seized if I didn't pay $9600.54  Had an accent and was soooooo rude!!!  Scam Scam Scam!!!!  Do not fall prey to these cruel assbags!!  I feel sorry for anyone, the elderly, if they listen to these criminals!!!  Peace
