Received calls from this number at 1:57 pm, 4:57, 5:02, 6:00, 7:09 today.  No message was left.  
This is really obnoxious!

I've received this same call SEVERAL times, leaving a message on my answering machine just saying, "I'll call back".  I'm Tired of getting these calls!!  Let put a stop to this annoying crap!

We have had this call yesterday and today. I hang up at once when there is no human on the line.  Really getting tired of this. Maybe they would like to help pay my phone bill. Robo calls should be banned.

yea same here. This number called and I don't even know what state 202 is from. called me on my cell at 8:49PM... I absolutely HATE when creepy people call me.

Picked up the call and received recorded message from Pete Sessions, yesterday Kay Bailey Hutchinson - no way to opt out - their # has an unpublsihed address except Washington D.C.

Received the same message from dirty "Pete" again at dinner time!

I have had at least FIFTY calls in the past couple of weeks.  They call Saturday and Sundays morning, noon or night.  I don't plan to answer especially if it is Obama.  Of course they leave no message.

Given the variation of responses, I'm inclined to think it is crank-calling in order to get people irritated w/ whatever political party they want people irritated w/. Can't be coincidence calls coming from DC. In the meantime. I would not give credence to ANYONE calling from this number. How is it ANY number can be used "randomly" for no good?

I got a call from this 202 # the other day & just noted it on my Caller ID & let the machine answer it--no message--just hung up--let them call all they want--sooner or later their *(*^^*&)) machines will burn out!  GG.

Received call on my cell at 8:10pm CST. Didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. Voicemail message states, "survey, will call back."

Called left no message I'm on the Do Not call list. Do not know anyone in this area code

Called my mobile. Didn't even answer it.
