VERY biased electronic survey against Judge Sotomayor.  The recording states that she is liberal, biased, etc., and asks if you think a liberal, biased person should be a judge on the Supreme Court.  Reminded me of that question, "do you still beat your wife?" in that there is no correct answer.  

Can't wait to see the "official results" of yet another "impartial" political telephone survey.

The call began by pretending to be a legitimate survey.  It ended up being a politically slanted message against Judge Sotomayor. The questions are designed to mislead, confuse and prompt the responder to answer their questions in such a way as to state that they do not support Judge Sotomayor's appointment to the Supreme Court.  I am saddened that the results are probably reported as fact to politicians.

I have gotten these type of calls since Iowa Supreme Court ruled that the ban against gay marriage was illegal.  That one had Rep. Steven King, who I am SO embarrassed to have as a US Representative for our State, as the spokes person for them.  Quite frankly, I feel he should be investigated for this as it could have misled some people into thinking this was going to be a Federal issue.  I'm giving serious thought to complaining to both Grassley, who is on the Judicial Selection Committee, and Harkin about these calls.  It appears that the Republican Party is still trying to fear monger the public and may even be behind these calls.  This is NOT the Republican Party of Eisenhower!

Hate these calls.  There should be a law that requires a option to be placed on a "do not call" list after hearing their ridiculous survey.  We as citizens need to demand better laws regarding these unwanted calls.

This number keeps showing up on my caller ID, wish we could stop these calls. I like this web site so I can find out what the call is instead of answering it. Thanks for the info. I have used the do not call list and I still get these type of calls???

They called my cell phone number and cost me minutes.

I got lucky. I was taking a nap and missed the call on my cell phone! This crap along with the alarmist rumors about the health care bill are just another reason republicans suck!

Received phone call from 202-461-3456 on my NH cell phone tonight at 6:45.  I am registered on the national "do not call" list.

they called my cell phone last night it was a missed call as we were dining out  my wife also had a missed call from the same number on her cell  both are nh cell #s

I received the call at 7:56 pm--and did not answer.  I canceled my home phone number in hopes of NOT receiving any of these non-personal calls.  Why do the companies own us and have total access to our personal information?

I just got a call on my NH cell phone and they didn't leave a message. I don't know that number. I don't appreciate that they are calling on my cell phone.

my dad got a call from them the other night on his cell phone and i got the same thing a couple nights later.  both NH numbers, they must be working through the state!

Our business received nearly 100 calls yesterday from this number. This type of call must stop
