I just received the same email from Fabian Cole.  I love to mess with these guys lol I have emailed him back...don't fall for this scam people...keep yourself safe

I just got the same email but I don't even know who cash net usa is??  I want to know how they got my email address.

I keep getting the same message in my ail box over and over. I almost fill for it but something told me to look it up. Glad I did these people need to be stopped.

i to got the same email from a Fabian Cole. Hes a very busy person.  you will notice in the email he never mentions your name or any personal information.. I turned him in the FBI cyber crimes unit and sent the email to my local police chief who said scam and not to contact or email them at all.

just got a phone call from cashnetusa, saying that I was approved for a loan amount up to $5000.  This not the true cashnetusa. Cashnet usa is a payday loan company. Anyway, this guy had a foreign accent. And I knew right away it was a scam. I called the FTC and told them about it. So be cautious, ok?

I received the same email on April 11, 2015 from Fabian Cole saying that I owed money on a loan from CASHNETUSA. Then he said my license would be taken away, my wages would be garnished, and that a warrant was made against my name. Totally a scam!! They are just trying to get you to send them your social security number & bank information. This frum really helped me because I was angry at first.

I just received an email from Fabian Cole stating that i owe 944 dollars plus court fee total 13271.15 . heavy acce. nt . almost had me until I read other post.

Calls and emails stating that he's an Attorney General and l owe money for pay day loans and if I don't pay he's going to file criminal fraud charges against me!!! Completely BULL [***] his email address isn't any good.

OMG! I just got the same email and was in a panic until I read all the complaints about people getting the same email. Glad I ignored it.

I received a similiar email stating that I owe all this money in court cost and 956.00 for a loan from cash net from Fabian Cole from the number 352-353-0640. In the beginning of the email he used the name Fabian Poncel as his greeting. I'm so happy I have read all these comments and actually printed them off.

I just received the same email. I guess if he can get enough of us to pay him he will go back to ??????

I got the same email from these stupid [***] the BBB already knows there running a scam the site is being monitored I heard also I reported them to local police.  The can go f..... themselves

I've  got  the  same  email  from  Fabian  Cole  telling  me  that  I  owe $956 from  Cash  USA  whatever  that  is  and  I  can't  believe  that  fool has my information the most important  thing  was  my  social security, what  is  wrong  with  those  people.
