I keep getting calls from District Of Columbia. I dont answer any of them but why are they calling me?

Don't fall for it! It's a scam I am getting the same call and they are going to tell you that you own in back taxes and that you haven't paid or filled them correctly. They claim that they are the irs but they are not.

They are trying to scam people saying that I owe 7 years in back taxes which if that was true that means I would of had taxes starting at age 11. Haha. They say that if I cannot pay the 2300 now they are going to send police to come arrest me and take me to court.

Pleas get them the have my ss number

WE cannot "get them".
And, since they are probably in India or Pakistan, it is doubtful our government can get them.

They told me they were from IRS and gave a badge number. When I told them the IRS owed me money he called me a [***] and asked me to [***].  Excuse the language but enough is enough.  Can't we shut these people down?

I am so tired to get phone calls from this number every day, sometimes twice a day.

This number calls daily. No message is left.

Ridiculous phone call.They said they are crime investigation,call them back before they do something against me. Where are these stupid,crazy people from?

No you CAN't shut them down but you can protect yourself with a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you don't recognize.
