I received a cal from this number.  They left a message that I could only understand bits and pieces of because the guy had a very heavy Aerobic accent however I did understand that he somehow has the last four digits of my social security number and that concerns me quite a bit.  If anyone has any information on this caller please let me know.  Thank you.

I just got a voicemail as well and he did not sound clear at all but tried to sound intimidating in his voicemail.  I am a Detective so it seriously ticked me off when all I do is investigate crimes and have no reason that this person should be calling me.

I believe that like you are believing, but they was very helpful to me regarding my case. Thank to god also. I was  saved from the legal consequencies.

Someone keep on calling me from this # and left a threatening message as well. I have never ever been booked under any crime and they tell there is a law suit filed against me. I approached the sheriff team and found that its a "SCAM"

They have no evidence whatsoever of their false claims. When asked for proofs they are not able to answer and simply try to avoid the questions and threaten to take us to court and issue arrest warrant on our name. They cant even speak proper English.They are nothing but bloody scammers who are trying to rip people's hard earned money. Please report them to your local sheriff and FBI and for that matter FTC as well..!!

hey should NOT be giving you your personal data over the phone.  A real debt collector is REQUIRED to make you verify your information.  REPORT THEM to the BBB and to the Credit Bureau immediately!

It's a scam Zombie collector. Take the call and play along as long as possible but don't give them information. Then tell'm to go to hell and smile when you block their number.

The person calling identified himself as Greg Washington, US Legal Services, BCI, in Washington DC. Said my son owed $530.for a loan from Advanced Paycheck. He said I could pay with a green dot card by putting the funds on the card and calling him with the card number. When I said I was uncomfortable with sending him money with no verification, he said to send it by Western Union, Person to Person transaction to Lisa Esmay, Austin, TX 78750. When I asked for documentation of signatures for the loan he said it was against policy and if we did not pay, the documentation would be provided by the Sheriff when they came to arrest my son the next morning. Needless to say, I turned him in to the FBI on line. They have a task force dedicated to investigating Scams.

The person that keeps calling my cell phone and work is Greg Washington with US Legal Services. BCI in Washington DC. He said that i had a loan from  payday loan. When i ask him to send some documentation of when i took out the loan. He said he can not do that. So i told him that i was not going to pay it still i have proof that i  took out the loan. So, he said that i had a warrant  for me and that the sheriff department  will be coming to my house to arrest me in the morning. But when i called up to sheriff department to see if i had a warant for my arrest they did not find one for me . The sheriff department  told me to goggle the phone number that  he called from. So look where it brought me too. So that is why i am emailing here as well. I just want this very rude man to stop calling me at work and bothering me and my co-workers. So if anyone has some suggestions to what to do please let me know. Thanks, Lareina

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  you  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

several  of  these are  the  usual   long  ongoing  scams   such  as  :  you  have  won a  free  walmart /  bestbuy  gift  card....or  you  have  won a  free  ipad  etc......all  long  ongoing  scams

I also received the call from the same number.But they are real not a scammers.Severel scammers using that numbers to scam the peoples.But all are not scammers.
Once i googled this number i beleive they also are scammers but i was get arrested at my home.

So please everyone is not a scammers.

This idiot called me saying i owe for a payday loan i never received, then he states if i dont pay it i will be arrested and at this moment they are downloading the arrest affidavit on the computer to my local sheriff office well imagine that we dont have a sheriff office in my town he used the names Gary Washington, John Smith, and David Hunt, after asking what company he would not relinquish any information on the matter, he stated to go to western union and wire transfer money to a Ched Turner in Dover DE. So after letting this ride he called back next day saying same thing so after we hung up i called him back over and over again then again this morning i called to a recording saying "the magic jack customer you are calling is not available" really using a magic jack for phone service at least if your going to portray yourself as a goverment offical use a real phone line watch out for scams like this.

Yea I got a call from these guys and other people just like them if you dont pay the sheriffs picking you up I I was scared thought it was true so I contacted the sheriffs department there is this thing called small claims court that legit collection agencys send you too after awhile unless of course you wrote a bad check then you could go to jail depending on the state I think these guys are [***] trying to scam people out of money that some of us dont have one theyll have there judgement day technolgy gets better and better everyday one day theyll be found, now when they call its easy to tell who they are so I become a [***] and talk arab back to them
