Called saying they were the IRS and they were trying to get a payment.

Received a call from this number twice now.  They are claiming to be the IRS and are giving me two hours to have my attorney call them when I start to questions their motives.  Then they tell me they are going to arrest me.  

An unsolivited call from this nimber wass receined 12-15-2015. Caller identified himself as John Ryan and asked my husband to speak to me. I was unavailable so my husbband took his nomer. I did not recognize his name or telephone number bur returned the call since it was a DC area code. A male ansered the phone and identified himself as Mike Smith, a senior attorney with the IRS and supervisor of John Ryan. He proceeded to tell me I had signed for and received a certified letter in April from them and we had not contacted them. I explained that I had not received such letter and wanted a copy. He said the IRS would not resend the information amd that I had committed theft by defrauding the goverment. My husband I file every year and gave HR BLOCK do our taxes. HHe demanded I quit imterrupting him and I left him finish his tirad. He definitely had a Pakistani accent. I told him that I would comct our local IRS office and he himg up on me. Please prosecute these scammers.

recieved 2 calls 12-16-2014 stating they were from the IRS Audit center and I needed to have my lawyer call within 2 hours to
make payment.  Accent was so heavy it was obvious a fraud. When I told the person IRS does not do business by phone
and it was obvious he was a fraud he got very angry.
