Caller stated she was calling from the US Government Accounting Office in Washington DC. She identified herself as Mary Walker. She stated that I my elderly mother won 1.2 million dollars. I told her she was resting. She stated in order for them to send her the winning check, we would first have to send them a check in the amount of $1,250 for delivery and insurance. I told them that I would get back to them after I spoke to her. That is when she gave me her name and return phone number which did match my caller ID.

The person has an Indian accent, (same as previous scam [FBI] caller last week) from a room with an echo (also same as last week) claimed to be from Federal Trade Commission regarding money I sent through WESTERN UNION [W-U data is compromised]

Caller threatened I will be arrested if I do not call back to discuss an IRS issue.

I just got a call a few minutes ago stating that I'm in trouble and I could get 25 years in prision if I don't call them back.
