telemarketer...when he had called a few times after telling him not to call here again, he called me back and cursed me out.

No one on line when answered.

I Just want them to stop calling me, blowing up my phone.

The lady sAid I have grant money and wanted 3.00 to send it out I told her I didn't have credit card she said it's okay I take it outta your grant money and send it too you ! She knew my address and everthing..

...that's a new one.  Fact is, you can't get a grant unless you've applied for one.  You're never charged a fee to apply for or receive a grant, and they are only given out for very specific reasons - certainly not just because you pay your taxes, haven't gotten into trouble with the law, etc.  More information below:

AGENT FROM IRS WANTED MONEY

The number, and another beginning with 810, have both been calling me nearly non-stop, both saying they are from the government, and saying I've received a grant. I think I'm going to call the authorities, despite the fact that I've blocked both numbers.
