Get calls EVERYDAY from this number..cannot understand person calling so I quit answering!

Told me I was eligible for  $14,000. He needed my visa # or bank account #. Terribly thick accent.  I almost started laughing at him, but thought I would play along with him. He got very frustrated because I kept saying "WHAT", REPEAT THAT PLEASE,  or I don't get it, why me. Stupid people!  I suppose they get lucky ever so often. That's pathetic. I bet they have wiped out a few accounts,  but not mine!

I told him that the government doesn't hand out money when they're trillions of dollars in debt. He said so you're not interested in the grant then, no I'm not stupid.

This number called me, also saying I was eligible to win 14k for "being a good taxpayer." Guy said I won some sort of demographic survey. I told him I was underage and never payed taxes before and he hung up lol.
