they called i answered they never said a word...after 15sec. I hung up....wont answer again

It's a political survey. They're not considered spam & are exempt from blocking. This is one of the few numbers it's probably safe to press 9 (or whatever) to be taken off of their list. Not malicious or selling, just research.

Yeah right.  Responding to them in any fashion will only get many more calls.

I agree with BigA above. I made that mistake a few years ago, then got an avalanche of calls. I got a call from this number just now, no message left.

Caller poll from hell. They called. I let Ooma pick-up. They didn't sense the answering machine or time-out. They just kept asking buttons to be pressed. Took me a long time to realize the phone line was tied-up. Forced Ooma to disconnect.

Survey it's a scam press 1 it's then it's IRS scam or social security scam .watch out.

Called landline at 11:30 AM, CID Washington DC.  Robocall from Public Opinion Survey asking about COVID 19.  Thankfully the answering machine picks up all these annoying calls so I don't have to listen.  Now blocked.

Silent caller 2 and 3 times a day I don't pick up they don't leave message

Call me everyday for two weeks now.  I blocked this number 3 years ago.

Received  two phone calls from this same number, did not know who it was, and I didn't know anyone from Washington DC. I did not answer either call.

Annoying survey robocall.

I don’t know why you think they can’t be blocked. I blocked them a long time ago.  I just got another call from them that was successfully blocked.  They must have gone back to using this number again.

Robo-call initially requesting info on my vaccine status without giving company name or purpose.  All legitimate survey firms are professionally required to identify themselves.  Likely a set up for subsequent scam.

When answering it says it's an independent research survey on Covid 19 vaccination status.
I listened to all the options just for the fun of it.  Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, boosters, unvaccinated.
I hung up.   Got a 2nd call from them about 4 1/2 hrs later.  Hung up again.
My phone is on do not call registry, but apparently it doesn't stop them.

Such B.S.   Multiple people live at my phone #, so even if legitimate, how would you answer for multiple people?   Just an annoying robo-call, no doubt looking to add your phone number to their frequent robo-caller list, if you answer their survey.

Call from unknown # with no ID. Did not answer and no msg left. Blocked and forgotten.

Got a call asking if I thought Texas was going in the wrong direction “press1” for right direction “press2” for wrong direction.  All saved on VM.  IDIOTS.  I live in Oregon.

Calls daily even though blocked.  Listed elsewhere as a political Robo survey as reported in below post about is Texas heading in the right or wrong direction.
