SPAM the guy didn't speak English and said he is calling from the government..

Has called me 8 times today!  Of course # doesn't wrk when I tell them I'm not who they are looking for they hang up!lol

Fraud. The guy said $9000 grant was mine to claim and give me the information to claim it through. He said it was through AARS or something like that name. I told him why should I have to give out any information when they had it and could just mail it to me. He hung up lol

Guy called and said I have $9,000 grant from IRS (they give it to 1,700 people a year who qualify). He asked, how do I want it sent wal-mart or western union and to call 292-595-6184 with a code to speak with a Higher Authority to verify more info. so they can send it. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. IRS would either mail a check or do a direct deposit. Don't believe them. Lol, I don't think Walmart would transfer $9,000.

The correct number he said to call is 202-596-6184

I hope no body falls in their scam. I got the same phone call saying I have $ 9000 in grant for free, like government has time to call people and give them money. I told him I don't want it. But I feel bed for the people who falls in this kind of scam.

1) I received a call with information, that i am won a grant 8500$ from Government which I should  be pay $200 + $400 to them, then,  he send to $9100
Chak Bank to my location.
He send me to different wiring location !,
and he told me buy $600 gift cards( 6 × $100).
That, thay are have serial number in back  side.
He wanted to know all numbers of back side.
I only gave him 2 gift cards numbers, because i want to have copy of Check from Bank of American to verify. after paying back $200 for service.
After receive in copy check of Bank of American from Walnut Creek Ca.
I have this copy of bank check, and i investigate myself, and , i try to ask my friend from Bank of America, he is manager in bank.
He told me it is fraud
2) Then he call me with new number's as IRS,
He say that,  "we call you from IRS Department, if you don't pay somting mony to us, IRS give me penalty ~~~~~!!!!!. "
After that, i am going to find out.
I don't know which one is corect.
I reported to police and give to office all fraud and scam email and paper.

It is Thanksgiving and this number called me all day long and night while I was trying to enjoy dinner with my family asking if I accepted a loan, a grant, or that I should pay a balance with a green dot card or be arrested

(202) 567-7290 just called me but didn't say anything made some kind of noise and then it went quite so I hung up and tried calling back but of course it's a number that is disconnected.

Continual calls , every single day. Some as late as 8:30 p.m.

Continual calls. Stopped for a couple of weeks after my first report, then starting calling constantly.
