Calls over and over and nothing. I called back and a recording say's NO ROUTES FOUND, about 10 or so repeats it hangs up.

this just happened to me?  What is the point of this?

They keep asking for william. We tell them wrong number.  They keep calling and we tell them to stop calling. Then make rude remarks. Call number back but recording says "no routes found"

They just called me to and I called it back and it said the same like the other say I want to know who it is and y they are calling me

I commented on another site as well.
They called and asked for my name. I didn't know the number and they wouldn't tell me who they were at first. After I continued to her as a them back about who they were and I wouldn't let them talk to her(me) they said they were so and so from the federal government of Washington DC. They sounded hurried and in proffesational. I told them not to call back. This was yesterday day. They haven't called since. Very odd. They didn't speak the first time I answered and the call seemed far away almost as if long distance. There was a laps in their response.

It's a scam!!  They call telling you the US treasure decided to randomly give you $9,000 but you need to pay a $250 transaction fee upfront first...***SCAM***

SCAM - DO NOT CALL BACK - SCAM - false claims to be government - SCAM
They want you to call them back this is a computer controlled Internet transferred call to any place in the world.
Many foreign countries have entire departments that do nothing, but try to SCAM people for money.
Many foreign countries depend on this type of SCAM to fund their government.
We need to share this type of information with seniors and others more vulnerable.
They target anyone that receives any type of government check.
