They call my cell phone asking to speak with someone else. I have repeatedly told them I am not him and to stop calling but I continue to get calls. When I ask for their name they hang up.

They have a strong accent

Same as the other comments. They call with a strong accent under the name of "Best Buddies."

They called asking for some strange name and hung up.

Women with a Chinese accent said I had won a $9000 grant, that I did not have to pay back. I told her to a real job she called me a [***], and said she was going to [***] up my world!!!! I told a few choice words, she said they were never going to leave me alone! I said yes you are! I am blocking your # she said we will call you on a different # every day, then she told me to burn in hell. I told her she would burn in hell trying to get people's personal information and bank information to still from them! She said she would have the worst things done to me! I'm SO SCARED FAKE ASS NON AMERICAN'S trying to steal from us! I wish she would come to my door! Blocked!

i keep getting calls from this number daily, they are very rude, and very foul mouth.  I do not even know what they want.  but they just keep calling me and harassing me daily.  I told them I have locked in all their calls, and locked in all the texted messages I have sent back to them ,  that now I have enough information to build a case against them.  we will see if I get any more calls. I am sure I will this has been going on for months. why can I not get this stopped.
