This is legit. It was a robocall from the DC Bar, reminding people to vote in the DC Bar election.

Out of area call no message left

Called my cell phone twice in two days, but did not leave a message. I called back after blocking my caller ID (first dial *76) and their outgoing message states: "We called you to participate in a public opinion survey. If you'd like to be added to our Do Not Call List, please press 1 or end this call."
Warning: NEVER, ever press any number to be added to a DNC list. It only verifies your number to receive more spam calls. I have added them to my call block list.

Correction: Dial *67 to block your caller ID before calling an unwanted number back.

Just started getting one phone call a day from this number mid-afternoon (end of March, 2021).  It rings 4 times, then stops.  My caller ID says "Spam Risk".  I will not answer this call.

From Washington DC? Yeah, enough said now blocked.

Political survey regarding LGBTQ

My phone # is registered on the DoNotCall list.  Today, I received a phone call from 202-601-4206 around 1 PM.  The only thing that showed up on my caller id was the phone number--there was no name.  I let the call go to my voicemail which instructs them to leave a message.  They did not leave a message.

Keep getting calls from this number for a "survey".   They offer the option of being added to a "do not call" list (which doesn't seem to keep them from calling back) OR just hang up.  So, there's no survey, just them trying to find people to annoy or scam.
