Another scammer.  They said they were the IRS and they were filing suit on us.  We needed to call them them back immediately to get this taken care of.  Never called them back cause the IRS don't call you - they mail you a letter.

Just got a voice message from these guys. Scam!
First part of recording cut off but I did catch the part someone was filing a lawsuit against me.

Called me to saying irs is filling a law suit on me

They called and said i have a lawsuit filed against and were saying i was going to be arrested in the next 30-45 minutes that they were tracking my cell phone .

I also got this fake message but on my work cell phone so that was my first clue they were fishing for information. I'm sure if you call they will ask for your social, the IRS would not call you with a recording asking you to call them back!

It's a robocall. Like others have said, it's a scam. Ignore the call and add to spam callers.
