They reported to me that for... I am eligible to receive a grant. All I had to do was to call this number to claim my grant for $5000. They wanted a VISA or Mastercard to submit the funds. I couldn't understand what he was saying due to his accent. I had to ask him at least 5 times to decipher VISA and Mastercard.  I told them I don't own either of them, so they replied they could send me cash. I asked by a check? They answered that I all had to do was call this number with my grant number. I'm guessing by giving your bank's name or routing number. They probably didn't know what a check was. They already knew my name, address and phone number.

Yes I got the same phone call from these people they told me to send them 190 and my money would be in the bank by 12 am I went the bank and there was no money in there I located where the number is from and I'm gonna trace the car and get the arrested fro fraud
