Caller identifys himself as Oscar. Middle Eastern Accent. Very hard to understand. Says he is from US Finance and Treasury department and I have been awarded 7000 dollars that does not have to be paid back. I got the number above. He already had my name and cell number then ask how I wanted my money transfered. I ended the call at that point. The call comes back as unknown caller

Guy named Oscar calls (very hard to understand and accent sounds like east asian) and claims to be from US department of Treasury and tells you that you have won $7000 grant because of being a good citizen and having no criminal record and dont have to pay back, reads out your personal information to you to confirm its you (name, address, phone, age, status), gives you this phone number to call 202-621-0316 and claim the money along with a confirmation number and tells you to talk to the "account manager" called margaret and tries to get your bank and credit card account numbers to "send" you the money.

I called US department of Treasury and confirmed with them that this is a SCAM !

I got the same call this morning and almost gave out ,my card number. But it was a woman calling.  But it was fishy and I decided to check online for the number and this website came up first.  It sounded like a boiler room with manny people in the back ground.  My caller ID came back with the following:

I also received a phone call 2 weeks ago from a lady with middle eastern accent,who tried to get my checking account info,and credit card #'s.Then she gave me another number to talk to a Micheal King,who verified all my information,address and so on.but he never asked me for any of my info,but did say there was many ways to receive the money,so I just told him if the government was giving me money they can mail it,he replied ok.expect your check in 7 to 14 business day's.Well I never expected to see it.And still have yet to see it.

Automated voice saying I had filed a fraudulent tax return and owe money. SCAM!!!!!

Got a voicemail, Identical to one left by 2064456079 "need to be rectified immediately. The number is ##########. once again, the number is ##########" I hunted down the info. These numbers are Rented by Skype, from Level 3 Communications. Level 3 Communications Is not affiliated with this scam group. But Skype is very difficult to get a hold of for support on this matter. I will be following up.

that number called me today and said I have a warrant out for my arrest due to IRS fraud....

Call from UNKNOWN CALLER 202-621-0316 saying that I had to rectify a problem immediately.  Never called back but figured it was a scam.  It was a computer voice.  Been getting calls from similar numbers,,,,

got a computer generated voice mail from 202-621-0316. Message said from federal government and "after audit" they found there was a fraud on my tax. Very suspicious. I blocked my number and tried to call back just to see what they would try to say. Number is always busy. Googled number and found several that have gotten scam calls from this number.

Received a call from number 202-621-0316, but I didn't answer it.

Got a computer voice call claiming that I committed tax fraud on a tax return.

Got the same call from the same number trying to scare me with having had fraudulent tax return I am hiding from the government. The same voice message sounding like a robot from another number, 206-445-0679.
