Consistent calls from this number claiming that the IRS has a lawsuit against me.

Three calls today.  Automated voice claiming IRS is filing lawsuit against us, and we need to call back.  Obvious scam.

I received a call from this number claiming they're the IRS. The IRS never calls anyone. They notify you by mail.

Yep, I go the same call. I did not call back. The IRS would not leave a robo-call. Must be some kind of scam.

Voice mail message today, claimed it was the IRS giving "final notice" before filing lawsuits against me.  This is a total SCAM. The IRS does not do business this way.  Beware, people.  DO NOT give the caller ANY personal information!

Yep, a total scam and I fell for it--never been in trouble, arrested or a ticket. I'm out $$ and I fell sick, stupid & angry.

Scam call about IRS lawsuit. Wish I knew who it was so I could start legal proceedings against them.

I received several calls this week  from IRS Agent Jonathan Lopez who left the his phone number of 202-621-0350 indicating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  I actually spoke with him and  he indicated they had tried to process serve me several times and that now my case was turned over to the courts and they had issued a warrant for my arrest!  He also said they were coming to my house to arrest me, seize my property and take  my drivers license...  Very poor English hard to understand...

They're going to come arrest you because they can't find you to serve legal papers?!  That's the stupidest thing I've heard this morning!  Ignore calls like this!

I got this call and I immediately suspected a fraud because I got a call like this in the past.  I called them back and asked them to prove to me that they are indeed the IRS by giving me my AGI for the last two years.  They could not and asked me why I was talking to them like that.  I hung up.

Got a call from this number claiming they were IRS.  So I called the real IRS Fraud depth. Then called this number and 3 wayed then with IRS.  They hung up and the line rang busy when we called them back.

I received the same exact message SP received, but with a different name.., and hard to understand English accent.

The minute I inquired about it he kept cutting me off and seemed to get angry.. I managed to tell him this was an obvious scam and to **** off right before he hung up on me.

"Betty Varner" at this number.  A man with an accent said he was Officer somebody and from an audit of 2008 to 2013 I owed IRS nearly $5,000.  There was an arrest warrant out, they mentioned Sheriff and freezing all my assets.  They mentioned attorney travelling to Washington and $22,000.  He referred me to "higher authority" Betty Varner.  I kept saying I'll pay it and they said I couldn't at this point.  I said I was a vulnerable adult and needed an attorney and she kind of backed down.  Had complicated directions.  A friend came, googled the number.  I just called Officer _____ and he asked me if I was willing to get the situation resolved and I said I'd said about 10 times I was willing to pay it.  Then I told him he was so full of [***] and they were the criminals that should be arrested and he disconnected me.

That is the same exact years I was given.. I am on hold with the IRS atm.. I hope the more people report it the better and maybe they will send the feds after these people.
