The organization deposits government grant monies to your account based on prequalification.  The accounts can be banks or credit cards.  You can use the monies for home improvements and they do not have to be paid back.  The money cannot be used for gamlling or other purpposes.

This has nothing to do with the US Government, this is a scam.. DO NOT give any information to these people.  Valeria Davis who posted that this is legis is a liar and working with a company the is out of the US borders.  They use computer technology to block their number.  If they give you a number to call to reciever your grant it is not a real Washington DC number.  It is a number that is connected with their scam and if they recognize your number they will pick up and continue their scam.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE THEIVES.  If you recieve a call from these people call the FTC at 877-382-4357

These people called me telling me I won a government grant from the Federal US reserve bank for $7000 asked me to pay the $99 to a charity before sending the money.

Yea, this guy called a fried of mine who is 88 years old, and I have his poa for bills, etc. I called the guy to tell him it is a scam and not to call me friend again and then he threatened me by telling me he would use my phone number for "bad purposes"
