We have received 5 calls from this number 202 621 0427 in the last 4 hours.  We have no idea who the caller is.  We have received numerous calls in the past from this number.

Have received several calls from this number so I decided to answer - very hard to communicate - a lot of buzzing noise on line.  It was from a lady (could not catch her name) and she said it was E-Loans and that I had been preapproved for a loan up to $10,000 with no prepays. When I told her I did not apply and was not interested - she hung up before I could even get to saying interested.  I'd say it is a scam.

10 calls a day from this number, when i do pick up it just beeps and goes "goodbye"

For the past week blocked this call and still receive 10 calls a day... Scam

Receiving numerous calls today from this number 202-621-0427.  It is a cold call, because when you answer, there is no one on the line unless you wait.  Then they pick up and ask for my husband. The first time I started to take down the number, they hung up.  They called back and I wrote the number down.  When I asked what this is regarding, then they hung up. The reverse phone look up shows the phone as being a mobile phone, which is interesting because you can hear the call center in the background.  The reverse phone look up maps the number to the Herndon VA area.  But I know you can request any area code you want when you get a cell phone, so I don't believe it is a domestic call.

they call five times a day. i always say hello twice if no one picks up i hang up for all calls.

I have received 5 calls from them today.  I called back and some chief financial officer answered.  Very heavy foreign accent.  Told them to not call my home again, they were harassing me.

Get calls several times a day from this number and can't understand what the caller is saying.

I usually don't pick up strange numbers. And the one time I picked up....SCAM. They got my attention by saying they are calling from IRS and said someone has filed complaint about my tax filing. They made it sound serious by saying its a criminal offense and if I have a lawyer. As soon as I told them I didn't even file taxes. They hung up

Caller claimed to be with the IRS and stated there was a problem with my taxes.  She requested I call her supervisor and attempted give me a number to contact.  When I said I would look the number up in the phone book and asked who I needed to ask for I was given the name Amy Logan.  I commonly go by my middle name, not my first name.  Caller asked for me by my middle name.  IRS would have asked for me by my first name.

SCAM

Same as you guys. I also got a call saying they were with the IRS for personal business. It is a scam. They called my moms home number recently with the same thing. Don't answer just block them.

Caller was lazy ethnic female voice telling me there was a warrant for my arrest so I bitched her out for calling a number on the "do not call registry" she hung up then

Same as above.... has been calling me about 5 times a day.  IRS which is a SCAM.  BLOCKED.

I just received the same type of call stating I was named in a lawsuit for taxes. When I said this sounded suspicious the woman began to repeat a word in another language and hung up.
I re dialed the number but got a busy signal. The woman identified herself as Amy logan

Received a call today from this number and caller said I was named in a tax fraud case and asked if I had a lawyer.  The caller identified herself as Jessica Brown (heavy Indian accent) and initially got my husband. She asked that I call her back and ask for her or her supervisor, Amy Logan. I called back and asked for Amy Logan; the woman I spoke with also had a thick foreign accent (Indian or Pakistani it seemed). When I told her that I had not received any written correspondence from the IRS and that I would not discuss any personal matters on the phone, she claimed that an arrest warrant would be issued for me. I guess she was hoping I would get scared and call back.

Received call on 08-12-2015 at 16:46 asking for my wife.  She told my wife that there was a problem with her tax return.  My wife said we filed a joint return.  She gave my wife the number 202-621-0427 and the name Amy Logan.  When I called and explained about the call and that the IRS usually sends a letter if there is a problem with your tax return, she asked why I was calling her.  I said, because we were told that there was a problem with our tax return.  She hung up.

I have had serval calls today from this number and the one time I picked up a foreign lady ask for me. I hung up the phone. They have called serval times and when my husband answer the phone they hung up. ..if you block your name and number I usually don't answer the phone.
