called me told me they were giveing me $7000 of gov. grant money but needed me to give them $299 dollars donation!

Got the same call with the same deal.  Said they were from the US Treasury Department, however, this number is a DC area cell number.  We call the Treasury Department, and they said no such program exists.  It is a fraud, they also said e-mails claiming they are from them are almost always scams.  Beware.

I just got a call from this number from an Indian Fellow, who said his name was Henry Williams and that I was approved for up tp 5000 dollars but to recieve the funds i had to go to a western union and send 172 dollars "to show i can pay back the installments". He said that he will send that amount back to me along with the 172.

These Indian nutcases are the result of out of control breeding.
