Stated approved for a grant and to call this number with approval code. Scam?

Received a call from an "Out of Area" # and the lady on the line, who could barely speak English, told me that my father was to receive a $10,000.00 grant for a reason that I couldn't understand.  She wanted me to call the 202# and tell them my confirmation # along with my bank account #.  Definitely a SCAM.  By the way, we live on Guam and never applied for any grants.

i got the same issue the lady just called me today and she said that my father grant a $10,000.. is it a scam?

I just received the call asking for my mother saying she received a $10,000 grants as well.. possible Scam..
