My elderly mom received a call from this number.  The caller purported to be Jack Harman from the US Dept of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC.  He told her that her name was drawn for a 10,000 "grant".  He gave her a reference number and and asked her to go to Western Union and send him $99 which upon receipt of the funds he would send her information on how to get her $10,000.  This sounds like a total scam and I am trying to find out if anyone else has received similiar calls.

I just got that call.  They are a scam.  Here are other site but they used different numbers.  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-212-121-2121/5   and https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/2532922589.  FYI if any place tells you to send money western union.  Its a scam and hang up!

I just got a call like that as well.  They didn't ask for any Western Union payment though
