Call from ITS.

Received three calls today stating that they are from Irs.caller is a voice recording claiming that IRS is filling a claim against me numbers are 202-629-9069, 254-326-1654 and1-832-382-9164

Call recording claims it is the IRS and they are about to file a claim against me. TOTALLY BOGUS.  This is not how the IRS works.  You will always get a letter first.

Got a phone call at 7 am from 202-629-9069 telling me The IRS is filing a law suit against the person who answered the phone did not give a name.

Just got the same call about this IRS scam telling me it was my final notice or a law suit was vs me. This number called a friend off mine yesterday telling him he was going to jail if doesn't pay them money and also they told the police will come to his house with a warrant and bring to the court house theynhada fake badge number fake claim number they try to bully him into paying them after the call he called a. Cop friend and he said this a big scam going on and made a report out. Don't even call back the number they can get your name and info when u call back.

received a call from this number claiming to be the IRS.  I told them I was reporting them to the authorities

Good. If everyone did this, they would be out of business in days.

Just happened to me

Just called twice and left message about IRS

they're busy today.  left me the same irs lawsuit message just after noon today

Just checked my call log - - these idiots called at 6:14 A.M. - what a joke!  No message left.

An addendum to my previous post - - they did leave a message after all.  My wife erased it without telling me about it but she said it was a female recorded voice stating the IRS was coming after us!!!!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
