i received a call today reportably from the IRS threatening jail for tax fraud.  They get belligerent and hang up when you question them

I keep on getting a call from this number. I pick up the phone, say hello, and no one is there, or at least it may sound like someone is there but then they hang up after I say hello. Please shut these frauds down!!!
