My elderly Mother called me and told me a gentlemen called by the name of Dennis Mitchell and her that father, won $4000.00 and wanted to deliver the check to him.  She said he wasn't there so he gave her that number to call.  I called it and it wouldnt' go threw.  I am so sick of these scammers trying to take advantage of the elderly.  I called the police and they won't do anything about it!

recieved phone call from james kennedy .
