This number used by scam artist targeting elderly people.  Fake names such as David Robbins or Antonio Williams are used.  Caller tells victim that he is with the FCC "consumer protection" division, and that a large sum of money, usually several hundred thousand dollars, is waiting for the victim, but that a 1% insurance fee musts be paid to "Lloyds of London" to complete the transfer, requested via Western Union or some other means.  Very aggressive.  I informed the FCC of the scam, thinking they might be interested, particularly since the caller identifies himself as a federal agent with the FCC and has a Washington D.C. area code, but they chose to take no action.

I just received a call and was told that they are backed by the Federal Trade Commission. The attorneys name that they used is Ryan Merrill (Florida atty # 16771) Wow, I had $150k waiting for me. Said it was from the Dream Foundation. And yes, 1% insurance would be required. As soon as that was mentioned, I knew what was up. I work in the industry of lost assets and if it's legit, there is never any money required up front.

Same type of call from using the same names but after blocking one number they are calling from 876-892-2513.  This is a cell phone with initials of "JM".  They are trying to get my wife to send money. I have call them every name I can think of and they still call. I cannot block this number, the system does not allow it.
