I got call from this number, he said you are qualified to get $9000.00 from federal reserve bank, go and buy $250.00 card from apple iTunes and activate cod number then you can go to money grams and get it, I listened and said you are going to do fraud then he hanged up.

I received the same call. I know it was a scam right away.....

I received the call also but mine was $9000 of grant money and i was randomly selected.  RIGHT  this girl isn't that stupid.

Just got the call. I play along... I know he is try to scam me..... It is make you aware of people are unkind.

Just got this call.  Received the call saying I could get  $9000 of grant money and that I was randomly selected. Took down the info then told the guy I was looking them up on the internet.  Of course there was nothing there. I told him I knew it was a scam and he said it wasn't but then hung up.  When will they ever learn?

I received a call from this number and made him repeat everything 3-4 times. I hope they get the message and stop calling me.

Have to be careful thank goodness I decided to look that number up. Same thing just happened to me I was supposedly randomly selected for a government grants of $9000 that I would be able to to supposedly get in cash today but I had to go to my nearest western union  and stay on the phone with the guy and he was going to tell me exactly what to put on the paperwork but I had to act like I was talking to someone of my family... YEAH NICE TRY GUY. I pretended to be at the store and after he told me what to put it told him the people from the store told me that it was fraud what I wrote and I couldn't get that amount and that they were calling the police and he hung up fast. Know who would thinknow the government will randomly select anyone to give that much money to with out ever paying it back! Shameless people.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from the US Treasury of Government Grants and told me to call 202-642-1958. I knew it was a scam but I played along until they were done. I looked up the number and found these site. Glad I did

I got a call and knew right away that it was a scam so I just had fun dragging out wasting his time the call so he couldn't call others and scam them. I spoke really slow and got the information all mixed up and then when he figured out I was jerking him around after about a half hour he was not happy and I was able to keep him on the line for another 20 minutes talking about his goat that he was going to make love too after we finished talking.

Trying to get money out of people pockets you should be sham of yourself stop scamming people out of their money we do have a family too take care of so stop these guys before someone get taken for their money please

This is the second call I have recieved in the last year.  Offering up to $ 9,000.  All we have to do is buy something we do not need or " processing charges ".  Who in their right mind is going to believe that our current administration (president) is going to approve 17 thousand people to recieve a one time grant $9,000.  Why is this not being stopped ???   Also the first # was an New York area code.

Said i was recipient of 9,000 no pay back grant and go pick up at local western union.gave me GK461 ID # CALL THE NUMBER AND GIVE THEM THE GRANT ID AND THEY WILL TELL ME INSTRUCTIONS

Scam! First of all, you must apply for a grant, they aren't just given away at random. Second of all, if you qualify, you don't have to pay to receive it. Block and ignore such calls if you can.
