I received a call saying I was getting paid for $9000 grant owed to me just because when I asked for more info or to be connected to a supervisor they hung up the phone..

I received a call saying I was getting paid for $9000 grant owed to me just because they did a survey in my area and I was chosen to receive $9000. Only Catch to all this was that they want you to Western union them $250 which they say you get back. you call them once you send the Money and they will giving to the details form the Bank thats going to sent you the Money. Total BS. I never  Followed through.
