What is this company? I  Recieved a call and they say they were the government

they said gov grants said i don't trust the gov i have to gave 99 dollar to Indian charity  able to get 7000

Received a call today thanksgiving day from the "us government" that I would receive 5062.00 dollars for paying all of my taxes and bills ontime they just needed a credit card number even a prepaid card, and the money would be deposited by 1200noon tomorrow! I politely cussed them out and hung up! Beware

I received the same phone call and I gave them an old per paid card number that was still active, but the card has no money on it. I live In GA what state do you live in. because I just want to know how far are they going to get information from people and nothing can't happen with the per paid number right, if you can please reply.
