Called to my cell phone. Didn't leave a voicemail.

Caller was a woman with an African accent -  said she was from "Unified Services" and that I had won a $1000 internet shopping spree and an absolutely free vacation package. I just had to pay $1.95 for shipping. When I asked what "Unified Services" actually was, I didn't really get a clear answer other than the fact that it had something to do with travel agencies and shopping malls. She put me through to her supervisor, who was a man with an Indian accent. They were adament about the fact that this was a legitimite call and that they were not a telemarketing company. Who knows.

It was a scam

I just got a call from 202-664-1269, I figured it was a scam and did not answer

I have been getting calls from this number. They said it was for grant money. My husband spoke with them last night and told them not to call my phone anymore and today they have called my phone 3 times after I told them again today not to call. Who is this company and does anyone know how to reach them?

Just called, but didn't answer..they didn't leave a message either.

called my cell phone and said i was picked to recieve grant money and all they need was my banks name and my home address so they could give me a routing # I told them i dident give that info out and they where very presistant on me giving them my bank info even after i hung up on them several times and used some choice words.they guy i spoke with had and indian accent and i could barly understand anything he said i do belive it was a scam for idenity theft

I got this call when I was away from my phone.  It just showed this number & a missed call.  I am a computer geek, so of course I surfed the Net trying to see who it was.  Thanks for the warning!

This number came up twice today on my caller ID.  No message left.  Just another one of those thousands of scams from untraceable calling centers overseas.

Got an unsolicited phone call from this number. Caller had an Indian accent and wanted to sell me drugs like Valium, etc. I told him to go to hell and hung up. They haven't called back.

has called two times already. . . no offers for anything, no voice, no beeps. . . nothing. I contacted my wireless carrier to see how to proceed further.

I received a call from a 4 digit extension 1208: "hello, is this Robert?" "Yes" "do you need a refill on your prescription?"

WTF?

Well, I think my soon to be x-sister in law gave my cell number out this these people. . . she's an addict. . . I told them, I called the FDA, and I'll be contacting a lawyer in the morning. . . unreal. . .

2026641269 called my  cell phone did not leave message and tried to call number back from home phone....To a suprise recording say your call cannot be connected tried it several times

These [***] are scam artist please take away their phone privialidges. His name is PauL Dexter Anderson........He is crazy and I wished that someone would take his stupid ass out of his misery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called my husbands cell phone 12 times within the last 2 weeks saying that he was approved for a $5000.00 line of credit and he only had to pay $3.95 but had to give his credit card information. They do not answer when he called back.

They called me and told me that they are calling from Social Security, and I had been granted additional scholarship for next semester if I would give them my bank account number and some additional information. I hung up 3 times, and each time I got the same call from a different voice, all from this number. How can we stop them for posing as federal agencies!?

Received a call from this number. When I called back the call could not be completed. I called from 2 separate phones. Same result...
