    Hi I took keep receiving calls from 202-683-4012.  Looked it up and it says vonage holdings.  Didn't answer phone.

    I have Verizon. Plus I am on do not call list

    FOUND THEM!
    These calls are coming from Landmark telemarketing in San Antonio, Texas (the 202 number is fake).  Owner is Randy Davila.  His number is 210-930-3167. He's also on LinkedIn if you want to complain that way.  In a trade article, he admits making repeated calls.

    Its a debt collector, some girl named Sarah Parker claims that they have an arrest warrant out for you, even thou they are calling from Washington DC , they say they can make it go away if you pay the debt
