This man the name of Daniel Smith said that I had been approved for a government grant for the amount of 5,300. He said that it were a 150.00 processing fee and load the funds on a money pak card and I would receive the funds within 40 min. He asked for an additional 350 like a fool sent it which totaled 500 dollars. The scammer wanted me to keep sending more money knowing that he was lieing at the beginning.  I aske back for my money and he refused to give it back.. I wish that jerks like these people would get caught and go to jail for a long time.  I am a struggling single parent that work's part time and this really putted a toll on me financially.

I received a call from this number today saying i was approved for grant and to pay $175 and than would receive $5400. I got the wrong card and he couldnt use it and was pushing me to get the right card but I called green dot and requested a refund on the amount. Was hoping luck came my way but instead i nearly got screwed. If he ever calls again it will be guaranteed to be the worst call he has ever received.

Ran through their drag long hold for 20 mins.. Probably to see if i would still be ther... Yeah did the PETER GRIFFIN thing.  YEAH GO ON.... waiting for the other shoe to drop... they laughed and played along as if to reasure me i'm a smart man and can understand when a con game or scam and they keeped to the story of the history of when the money was granted back in 2000 and i fall into 5 catagories where this money is given to good payin on time folks... no bankrupties.. yeah the money is 5,400 bucks and you can spend it for anything except for alcohol or illegal things. This for five years and all you have to do to recieve this on going money is to keep your reciepts. Yeah well No SS# or birthdays... just your address and the numbers to call back with extention numbers with thier names.... then came the punch line... all this for a small on time fee of 175.00 which you will be refunding you soon... Yeah there still on hold and my file is there for 15 days and call back to get you money that is still there for you... Yeah who playin who... I even think you are smart enough to look on line to see these messages so you can up your game... Just so you know puks.. your not worth the [***] from my dogs [***] and time will catch up to your ring of fools.. or true karma will catch up you as a gypsy leaves a curse... believe i have a gift.. something bad will come your way... laugh all you want cause if you are reading this.. I GOT YOUR FULL ATTENTION> =p  For others out there that got played.. Wise up... I'm sorry and hopfully something good will come out of yhis for you.. Remember if it's to good to be true it is.   If you believe that GOGGLE the phone number... YEAH!

Caller ID: WASH DC CALL.

This number called the office today. A voice on the other end said, "Hello?" 3-4 times in rapid succession as if it might be automated. I asked, "Who are you?" and received, "I must have a wrong number," in reply before the caller disconnected.

Got a call that said was from Washington dc. Said I was approved for grant of 5400. And would have to get a money card and tell them the number of it so they could put the money on it. But would cost me.

Mine was the same thing.  I am the front desk clerk and the guy interrupted my greeting and then said "I must have a wrong number.  Yeah, I'm an office flunky too.

You do realize if you were not such a greedy gut and massively stupid, like my "X", you could have avoided this by not answering the phone. There is no FREE [***] there dummy single parent.
