It wasn't a call FROM that number but rather one stating I had $10,000 in federal grant money that had been awarded because I pay my taxes and am law abiding. They gave me a grant ID number and that number to call. Stating the money could be out into my personal account or money gram. They said they were from the US treasury and the money would not need to be rapid. The only strange thing was the government didn't know I was employed even though they take my taxes.

I was told that i would receive $10,000, from the us gov. If, i went to "dollar general", and bought a $200.00 i tunes gift card, than call back at this same number.  I did not .

Got a call on my cell from "Unavailable." I answered the second time I received a call from "Unavailable." The gentleman gave the story that I was 1 in 1500 who would receive a $10k grant from DC to use, but I had to call 202-684-6332 with the grant cash ID #, which was provided as soon as I hung up from their call.

A lady called me first, so I answered and she stated that I have been selected by the US government to get a free grant of $10,000. They did have all my personal information correct so didn't know whether it's true or false, and they did mention the $200 itunes gift card, and that this grant would never be paid again ever !

No, you did not. Everyone knows it's a scam probably originating in India or Pakistan. $10K says your name isn't Ben, either.
