Was called by a person suppose to be named (David Maddison)  a  federal grant senior advisor told I was picked by the federal government that I had been granted a grant  then he sent me to one of his grant manger Stephanie she told me all I had to do is send $250.00 usd personal loan to her(Stephanie Williams her address is US Government Grant Department, Southwest Ave. HHH building, Washington DC. 20202) but she wanted it sent to her financial aid (Malcolm Tucker in Tampa,Florida) I was only part way recorded she would turn it off then back on to satisfy her wanted answers. I was suppose to have $6700.00 usd deposited in my account along with the $250.00 usd right after I made the first jester the grant would repay me, which I stupidly did she then took all my bank information. She then gave me a grant ID# and a number to the federal reserve bank (Shawn Russell #631-319-0343) a supposed Federal Reserve Bank Senior Grant Officer so I call to get my grant tax free money, will he tells me I have to pay the transfer fee of $1180.00usd I told him I did not have that kind of money I was on a limited income so he put me on hold then comes back on and says he'll give me 50% off (same as Stephanie had said, when asked she said do not worry it was not a scam and to just  call the# she said it was federal reserve bank) the amount of $590.00usd was to be sent and all would be deposited in my bank total being $8130.00. I told him that did not have that kind of money he wanted me to borrow it then I could pay that person or persons or however I got the money back. He keeps calling me and I suffer from migraines so when he called today he asked me what is wrong with my voice I said I was sick and before I could get all that said he says I'll call you Tomorrow! Please do not answer these calls or fall for this scam like I did know I am in a mess with them having all my info Lord willing I can find some help!

I am so embarrassed the same exact thing just happened to me and I do mean the exact thing same name same amount of money same load of crap and I fell for it I am livid right now

Shaun Russell this man stabbed me the phone number 646 593 7774. He got me for $250 loaded onto an iTunes card and then he tried to get me to load more cars with the 590

The same thing happened to me, same name and phone number. Im so stuped to fell for it too bad for me I loaded $590. I call the itunes and they said that the Russel redeem it already and now they blocked the account.

I Got a call from this people and I pay first $250 and then Shaun Russell ask me $590. For a fee and he told me that only 50%@the cost. And then he said I need to pay the difference because don't approve the discount. He said I need to pay the difference. I told him to guive me my money back, and he said is not possible. And after Isend the money,he asked me another $500.00 and he said to cover the money grand fee. Now I no for shure I lost my money. iHope somebody help us to find this people. A female (she didn't say her name) mentioned that I was chosen to receive a US grant and that I didn't have to pay it back. They confirmed my name, but when they asked my age, I said I didn't feel comfortable answering personal questions over the phone. They then proceeded to mention my address at which point I didn't respond and they hung up.

Some girl with a foreign accent about grant money. She hung up when I said I didn't need grant money.  People like this are so damn aggravating to people who actually work for a living

I got scammed for $250 this afternoon! I already reported this to the FCC.

Any who want a processing fee for services rendered MUST deliver services first!

Until you have CASH-IN-HAND (and you never will) don't send anything.

Better yet, don't pick up, don't answer, don't listen, don't speak, don't press 1, do not engage in any way (other than to block) and NEVER call back.

Well I fell for it yes I feel dumb but when it all comes down some one is  gonna catch the m the need to be found and put in jail cause they should be ashamed of themselves but I know now I want to find him and I want to bring home down
