i got a call from someone identifying himself as Alex Johnson from US Payday Loan. this man had a very strong indian accent.
i told him i was not interested and wanted my name taken off their list. he then asked me if i was married, if i was a virgin and if i enjoyed rough sex. i want them identified and arrested. this is beyond just an annoyance call.

My mom was scammed by them to. She sent them money, and everything they needed and when she called them back to tell them that the western union control number didn't work... they told her to send $103 dollars more and she did. Then she called that Indian guy with the muffled phone back, and he told her "Sorry It was a scam. Thanks for the money though"! I CANT BELIEVE IT BUT YOU CAN BET I'M GETTING TO THE BOTTOM IF THIS MONEY SCAM!!!!

Please, please always remember if a loan company ask you for money up front to process your loan or ask for the first two months of payments because "your credit is to bad" then its a SCAM! No matter how official it looks or official the person sounds....its a SCAM. No loan company, even payday loan companies that are on the up and up will EVER ask you for money up front.

So rule #1 if the call you and say you are approved for X amount of $ but need X amount up front tell them no thank you please dont call again and hang up the phone.

Rule #2 if they call you saying that you OWE them money for a loan you supposedly took out, tell them your not aware of any such debt and that your are demanding proof of such debt in writing and ask them to send any such proof via US mail. Now if this is a scam, which is most cases if they are calling from a DC or NY area code it is a scam, they will hang up and you will probably never be bothered by them again.

Just remember there is no such thing as debtors prison any more, dont let the scare tactics work.

i was call and told that i was aprove for a 3000.00 doller loan and how much i want to borrow i toldthem i need 1500.00 i was told to send 200.00 as a deport . i send it andwas given a mcn that did not work was told i had to sent 100.00 more when i did that i was told that i have been scam

i just been scam by the same person at us payday and i would like to know if you gotten any feeback from abouth getten your money back .

I just received a call from the same company.  The person on the other end of the phone identified himself as Alex from US Payday Loan.  I never applied for a loan.  I told him I wasn't interested and he started talking very vulgar.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and all he kept saying is he wanted to f*** me.  I am appalled.  I tried to call the number back but with no success.

I've asked these guys to stop calling me at least 10 times.  It's getting very annoying!  I'm on the Do-Not-Call list, but it doesn't matter to these jerks.

This number called me, however I didn't answer, but Im pretty sure that it is the same people that have called me before saying they are with US Payday and that I owe them $8,000. Ridiculous. First of all, the maximum allowed loan in the state of California and most other states is $255. Second, I have never loaned from this company. So I refused to confirm any information with them, then they proceeded to harass me, until I cussed them out. Now they are calling me from another number!! Complete and total scam. My advice don't confirm any information with them and don't take their threats seriously because honestly it's a bunch of BS. How do I kno??? I've been scamed once already by these jerks!!
