IRS Scam

Robotic voice telling me that after an audit, I tried to cheat the IRS on my taxes.  Yea, right.  If it were real, you wouldn't be using a voice dictation app.

Just got a call voice dictation, I called said they were the IRS Investagations. If the IRS is looking for you they don't call they mail you things, then you call. THIS IS A SCAM......

Dictation msg. Although some of the message was cut off this is most of it:
“Which you are hiding from the federal government this needs to be rectified immediately so do return the call as soon as you receive the message the number is 202-684-6838 I repeat again 202-684-6838 thank you…”

Just got the same call. I haven't even filed my taxes yet. Sounds like a scam. I did not return the call.

Threats of coming to my house to arrest me and a warrant from the IRS investigations for fraud and trying to cheat the Federal Government.  Call was from a computerized voice and when I called back it was a foreigner Indian or Arabic who didn't speak good English.

Just got call from"IRS" saying I had committed fraud on my tax return and had to call number immediately to resolve it. Recorded message. I haven't filed yet. Joke is on them. My CPA just warned us about this possible scam, saying they don't call you, they mail a letter.

Got a tax fraud call that was cut off. Knew it was fraudulent. Have not called back

Received IRS automated message.  Claiming fraud in my taxes.

Just got another call -- stated name on the recording is Officer Mark Brown

Received 3 calls so far today with voice mails. Called them and told them to quit calling me and the guy cussed at me and hung up.

We received a call and called back. An Arabic/Indian gentleman answer saying it was a criminal investigation for IRS.

FRAUD - have called us twice today so far.....

got this message 2 times today. I think it's a robo-dialer associated with the Clinton Crime Foundation unit in the IRS.

Gotten a call from 202-684-6838 stating I'm being audited which isn't true cause of be sent information in mail not a auto call .

Two calls as well. Total poor quality recording.

I got 3 calls so far. They are calling from a private number too. THIS IS A SCAM.... IRS only sends info via mail
