Someone impersonating the IRS. Freaked me out

Voicemail claims I'm in big troubls

Claims to be from IRS. Everyone knows that the IRS uses certified mail not an untraceable phone number.

I just want these people to stop calling!!! I can only block so many numbers but these people use a different one each time!!! I have already filed complaints to the authorities. Help! So sick of this!!! Always threatening. I even called that number back and told them to stop calling !!

Consider blocking the entire 202 area code. Review your situation and see if doing that would cause any problems.

They have called me a number of times making threats that they are the IRS.  Just want them punished

They called yesterday and again today.  Terrible recorded message telling me I'm in big trouble if they don't hear from me or my attorney immediately.  I couldn't even understand the case number they were trying to give me.  They actually left messages both times.

lol.  thanks for wishing me good luck "as this situation totally unfolds on you".  just another number to block.

Machine stating that I'm being sued

202-684-7414 calls to me incessantly almost daily.

Female robot called and left voicemail.  The nicest touch is the end of the call where she wishes me good luck if I do not respond "as this situation totally unfolds on you".  Received similar message in August from 1-830-255-6251.

Yes it is so obvious that these are bogus calls.  I agree they are annoying.  However, I feel sorry for these people who have nothing to do but make these annoying calls.  They must so pitiful. Imagine if they could use their brains for something useful.  Poor souls.

Called, left blank 3 minute voice mail.  So stupid,  now that I know who this is i can report it to the authorities.
