Another number of perhaps 20 used by Transworld and NCO Financial to harass people who don't have any outstanding debts in the first place. They have both been fined 10s of millions of dollars by states' attorneys general nation-wide, but they have not been shut down. They are perjaps the world's largest fraud organizations, endlessly harassing people who don't owe anyone a penny, but persist in repeat calls to the wrong numbers, threatening over the phone with arrest, and ignoring all of the established laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection. They need to be shut down once and for all, and their executives severely fined and locked up. A suitable prison for them is the one in our state where they perform executions.

They call after 6pm stating that we have a package that cannot be delivered. I called the number back to see if it was a scam, and of course they asked me for my address so they could verify where to mail the debt letter. We have very high credit ratings, so this shocked me. They did mention the dentist we used before, so I almost believed them. When I asked her for her name, she said "Jennifer," and when I asked for her last name, she gave me a foreign last name. I was suspicious when she asked for my last 4 social numbers... so I contacted the dentist and they said we have a zero balance. Said she was with Transworld.
