5am caller left no msg.

I got a call on my cell phone from 202-715-4000 just now. Left no voice mail. Googling the number it belongs to "George Washington University Hospital" in Washington DC. Since I do not know anyone in that area and no voicemail was left I can only assume its a spoofed phone number by an advertiser. It seems all I seem to be doing is blocking more and more calls. Very annoying . The only place my cell number is posted is on job boards, I guess I will have the job boards deleted, These marketing people are pissing me off and the FCC sits there and does nothing even when you file a complaint saying they have the "Freedom of Speech". Where is my freedom from annoying calls and used of my private phone for their benefit?

BTW I don't have caller ID on my cell phone it costs extra and I am paying too much now.

Got a call from this number and no message was left.  Caller ID displays "GWU Hospital".  We have no dealings with this hospital so it appears that this is some spam call with the hospital's number being spoofed.

Call received, and not answered.  No VM left.  I doubt it was GW hospital however.

Got called by this number at a little after 5 AM, barely woke up enough to answer. I can't remember much of it (again, barely awake). I think there was some voice repeating the same thing a few times as I went "What? Huh?" and then the voice asked "Peggy?" as if they were someone with a wrong number just trying to call their friend. I said, "No," and then I think they hung up.

Got a call from this number 3 times and they left a voicemail rambling about politics for a minute and a half.... I’m in high school and have no idea why they would be calling me?!

It is a legitimate number from GW Hospital.  It is used by employees to set up appointments and provide info for procedures done at the hospital.

This number has called me over 13 times today and left no voicemail. I am blocking them now, I don’t know anything about “GW Unic Hospita” on my phone. Not sure if it is legitimate or not but I don’t think it is.

Suddenly started getting calls from this number after getting new SIM Card to replace the one that was cloned/hacked and making a call to the FBI to report the crime.  FBI told me to contact my cell phone company and hung up on me and I started getting these wrong number calls.  For what it's worth.

The FBI has real crimes to solve and they are not interested in your phone calls.  I doubt that your previous card was cloned/hacked since inanimate objects cannot be "cloned".  No doubt you got a new number and because that number was being used by someone else previously you are now receiving their calls.  In addition to calling your phone company I would suggest that you also contact a mental health professional to treat that paranoia.  Heck, maybe that hospital could give you a referral?
