    Okay so supposedly its from a Srg.in Afganistan.
    But hardly doubt if he's there and using a Washington area code..
    Has ANYBODY else had this??  Supposedly had the same interest musically...humm

    Sounds like the "romance scam".  If he tells you that you are the love of his life BUT he needs money for some reason, RUN!!!  He will also give many reasons why he can not call you (probably since he has an accent).  This is just a new number to an old scam.
