Claimed they were Federal ???? (heavy accent) ...will be arrested.  Returned call & was disconnected.  Returned call 2nd time.  I was requested to give the phone # I was calling from.  When I said no the person laughed & mocked me saying "huh?, what?" until I hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number.  A recording claiming to be from the irs.  Man with a thick accent saying call back or i will be arrested.

Man's voice:" ... will be arrested. Return this call...God bless you." I did not return call

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

This number calls repeatedly .. Indian accent .. Extremely rude while I questioned him ... I started to get irritated by him .. Knowing that this is a complete scam and he called me a B:;)$... And hung on me .. Called back and told him I was tracing his call and that the police  are aware of this scam.

Indian guy called and said an arrest warrent would be filed if I didnt pay 1950.00 right then.  Scared the you know what out of me.  Searched for the number thinking it was a scam and found it was.  The IRS will not call and do this.  Dont pay these guys. 202 738 1509

Since I forgot to turn my fax/land line auto answer back to "off", my XFINITY land line converts all voice mails to an email, too...hence...""House and before you get arrested. Kindly call us back. I don't think the IRS blesses anyone!

Got call from this number today. Said tax fraud and I will be arrested. Called the number back it rings busy. Calls the operator, they said it's a scam.

Most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan..

This is a 100% complete and total SCAM.  It is not the IRS.  The IRS never calls first, they always send letter in mail first.  Caller ID came up 202-738-1509 and asked to call back at 202-738-1549

Go same message on machine from guy with Indian accent as the people above.  The IRS will never call you like this - they send notices in writing.  So, we block this guy.

Got a message from 2027381509 stating they were the irs and that legal action would be taken if I did not call them back.  I know that the IRS would not leave such a message so I looked up the area code on my IPad and discovered this site.  I knew it was a scam

Liar, Liar, Liar

This happened to me. At first I was a bit scared but as i spoke with them I realized  in the US we are notified  in writing  first and are given time to cure. I told them about our laws here they got more aggressive, then hang up on me. I called  them back a few times because I was so upset. I let them have it and told them to leave us Americans alone.

Caller has Jamaican accent says if we do not return call we will be arrested says it is for Tax evasion Bogus to the hilt.
