Was a scam, it was exactly like what rb said above word for word.

Bogus calls from the Treasury made to intimidate. Reported the WA State Attorney General and State Legislators.

Call from someone claiming to be David Gray re a legal matter that I am supposedly involved in. If I don't call back I will be brought before a grand jury since this is involving the Treasury dept. 2 calls received today. The phone number was 202-754-8360
I know this is a scam, since I've never committed a petty crime let alone something involving the treasury dept

Here is the exact message:
You regarding an enforcement action executed five United States treasury and tending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 202-754-8360. I repeat it's 202-754-8360. I'd like you to call Craig with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

I get messages from this british guy like 4 times I try to call his number but get a busy signal stating all circuits are busy [***]

I received a phone call today and left a message I can't think of the man's name they said he was from Consumer Affairs I called the number back and it was a a lady answered and she said that oh must have been somebody I can't think of the name but it sounded correct he's out to lunch and will call me when he gets back.

Person by name David Blake called claiming to be with Dept of Justice. WASH., DC. Has called 6 or 7 times. Reported calls to Real Dept of Justice
