want my social security number, then says they will file charges and take to court if I dont confirm

They said the same thing to me. They wanted to confirm my social, they hang up after I told them to do what ever they want.

Wouldn't confirm any info. Wanted me to verify my social. Don't know who they are. But told them if they know my name and number then they know my address and to mail me something. Dude hung up. [***] you!

Same thing as above. They call from different numbers periodically. I just tell them I am reporting them to the FTC and they hang up on me.

Called me saying I owe money to two pay day companies that I have never heard of..

Called from 2 different numbers trying to say I was defrauding some company for a loan that I never applied for.

They left a voice mail on my work phone with a case number. Sounded like a scam. Said people had complaints about me. HA!

said they were from Shoreline Financial group trying to collect a debt, that I never incurred. would not give me information about the client they were calling about, but had all my information.

Rec'd voice mail from 202 796 9405. Returned call.  Male identified himself as "John Burrell".  He had the last four of my Social Secuirty # and a very old e-mail from an employer I worked for years ago. Claimed I'd taken out a payday loan with "Cornerstone Finances" in 2011.  When I told him I hadn't worked for that employer in 2011 when he claimed I took out the loan he said well that must be when it defaulted.  I asked where his company was located and what it was called.  He said it was called "Core Resolutions", that they were "mediation services" and that they were located in Ft. Lauderdale FL.  I asked their address and whether they had sent me their Letter of Representation.  He replied that they don't give out their address or send such letters and that that was no problem because I would be "served with a notice in the court system in PA." Then he hung up

I received the same phone call. I call them back and the lady got upset. I told her if this was s legitimate business she would be getting so upset over my call back, and she needed to quit calling.

I received a call to and just rejected the call and added to by block list. They call from different states. They are idiots.

Hi I just got a call from this number I've never taken out a loan I'm 26 absolutely responsible and just never had to get alone but they say I owe 2000 dollars but will settle for 785. I'm happy to know my information wasn't stolen n used for fraud its a scam to get my money thanks for posting you alls incidents with them too I was scared for a minute

Just received a phone call from this number indicating that I had taken out 2 cash advanced loans from two different companies.  Had my ss# old email address and new name.  I told them that I have NEVER taken out a cash advanced loan from anyone, and that my bills are paid.  She said that she would notate my account and I would need to explain this in court, then hung up on me.  I called back and told them that I contacted NBC news and the Better Business Bureau and the lady that answered the call said "Okay, and hung up on me."  This is nothing but a scam, a fraud.  People who work hard in this country should not have to be harassed by fraudulent organizations.

I got the same call saying there's a file against me and I owe ??? .mediation resolution!!! These people need to find something else to do !

Calling me at work!! If you're such a legit business you would know it's against the law to harrass someone at work!! Get a real [***] job and stop trying to scam people!! What a joke you people are! You're not going to call someone and threaten to take them to court you're just going to do it!! Gtf over yourself!!

See BigA's entry dated  1-16-2017 on 319-409-6331  800notes--gives a detailed analysis of the "Core Resolutions, AKA Nations Recovery" group.  Serious debt scammers.  Ignore and block any calls from these two groups or any phone number attached to them.
