Caller left a message saying he was from the IRS and there was a lawsuit against me with my SSN. I must respond immediately. Makes no sense as I have not brought any income home since 2008 as I am a SAHM.

I have had 2 calls. But can't get thru when I called back

Same issue. Left a msg saying was from the IRS and its very important that I called..BS I would have received a letter of some sort IRS doesn't operate as such

This is a SCAM ARTIST! Beware! Don't give the guy any personal information whatsoever!

Someone has strong accent called me from this number this morning, pretended he is from IRS, provided the last four digits of my SSN and claimed there are some law suit against me and asked more information. Told them send me a written document about this issue. The caller insisted this is a time sensitive problem......

Brian Smith from IRS there are 5 criminal fraud accounts on my bank account...how is that when I have NO MONEY?
then he yells take care about it.....PHISHING...BLOCKED YOU; YOU DIRT BAG!

Caller says he is the IRs and a lawsuit is being filed against us.

This person keeps calling me and I want it to stop. He says he is from the IRS and I know he is NOT. It is so hard to understand him because his accent is so strong. It's like he doesn't want you to understand some of the conversation, but only what he wants you to hear.

Received the following voice mail message.
Voicemail from (202) 808-3643  
"Hi my name is Brian Smith. I'm calling you from Internal Revenue Service. The tax audit Department. Please listen to this message very carefully. The nature and the purpose of my call is to let you know that we have received a legal should-build(?) against your name under your Social Security number regarding a package for this lawsuit is going to be filed in federal(?) Claims Court house today. So the receive(?) more information about this lawsuit. Call us back as soon as possible. You can reach us at 202-808-3643. I repeat it's but it's 202-808-3643 now. Please note that a non-billable hours warning will be issued on your name as five criminal allegations are being pressed on you. So take care about it. Goodbye."  

Heavy, heavy accent that was harsh in tone.  This is a scam.  Blocked number on my phone

There is a person impersonating an IRS agent calling my home phone number. He says he is from the IRS. Can you investigate? INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE: 1-202-808-3643

IRS agent called me. He says his name is Brian Smith but he sounds boogety boogety from India. LOL !!! 1-202-808-3643
