left several voice mails stating a Federal Lawsuit has been filed against me.

Has called 3 times today, claiming to be IRS suing me for overdue payment after contacting me 6 months ago (no they did not)

The same coll 3 times. I am sure this is a fraud.

This is a robocall IRS fraud scam. The IRS will never call you. They will send a letter out to you several times and maybe even a bill. They will never call or send email asking for information. It would be a letter sent through certified mail and it would include a reference number.

Called 3 times this morning leaving a 36 second message said there could be filing an IRS lawsuit, scammers

they have called me about 8 time. today I returned there call and got a gut to answer but he had no idea who I was or why I was calling. however I could hear a bunch of voices in the background of other people on the phone calming they were calling  from the IRS about a fraudulent clime and a law suite against them. same thing I got on a message several times. I hung up after that as I was on hold for sometime.

We are an accounting firm. This is a scam in order to get old and ignorant to pay up. this is disgusting and these losers need to be shot. get a real job and please im begging you dont make trashy children

I called back, some yahoo answered, actually gave me a fake name, IRS operator ID # and address in
DC. I told him I'm conferencing my local police fraud dept officer and tax attorney, and for some strange reason he hung up. no more calls.

Calling nonstop saying I am being sued for overdue taxes.

I was called several times today and was threatened if I did not pay over $8,000 in back taxes.  I never received any notices and when my wife got on the phone with me and started to ask questions he started to belittle her and told me to quiet and control my wife!  I reported this to the TIGTA and when I tried to call back again and now the numbers don't work...go figure.  I just got my citizenship in the USA and all of a sudden the very next week this happens...
